		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t necessarily think you need five people.  One person could have more than one of these skills.  Five people start to muddy the waters of the grant process.  Most organization should have strategic plans, and this, along with mission should be the driving force behind grant submissions. Chasing money is never a win/win situation. 

I also believe that no matter how good of a writer someone is, their always needs to be an editor/proofreader.  Always make time to have the final draft reviewed before submission.]]></description>
